So, you know the Minnesota district that has a special election coming up to elect a new MN House representative? I live there and am a delegate. I spent a long Wednesday afternoon at our Senate District 40B endorsing convention.

WAIT! You went to what!!!

Anyway, 100 of us delegates and even more volunteers showed up to make democracy happen. We had 3 rounds of voting and nominated David Gottfried as our candidate for SD 40B Representative. Now it’s less than a month to the special election and I want to do what I can to make sure that David Gottfried is my next representative! He understands issues impacting people who have disabilities. He is passionate about affordable housing and the environment. He has values I believe in and will be an amazing representative!

Door knocking at the best times is difficult to do when you use a wheelchair, let alone during January in Minnesota, but I’ll do what I can to help David win!
