Oh SNAP Part 2: To have or have not?

How has my week been? It’s been all:

Yes, I’ll get my November SNAP benefits.

No, I won’t.

Yes, maybe a bit.

No, not at all.

Yes, of course, because Minnesota is nice.

No, wait a minute – will it get clawed back?

Can they even?

What the actual f*cK is happening?

What kind of people think this is all just a game and will do everything in their power to NOT give people who can least afford it actual f*cK!n& FOOD?

Should I stay or should I go?

I’m thankful that I live in a state that actually cares about people not being hungry. I got my November food benefits deposited on my EBT card yesterday.  I get to go to the grocery store tomorrow. And, yes I’m worried that it will get clawed back in some way and I shouldn’t spend much just in case. (I’ve had SSI mistakenly clawed back before and it’s not easy to have even less than little.)

By the way, did you know a lot of grocery stores also depend on people spending SNAP benefits in their stores? These benefits don’t just help people like me – they help the communities we live and shop in.

I hope Democrats stay strong on this one! We ALL deserve affordable healthcare AND food AND not having to put up with the chaotic bu!!$h!T.

Sorry to you all, I know I’m usually full of Minnesota nice, joy, and positivity – but seriously, this is all royally f#cKe& UP! And it takes a lot of energy to worry. Yes I do swear in creative ways.

Should I stay or should I go now?
Should I stay or should I go now?
If I go there will be trouble
And if I stay it will be double
So come on and let me know
