I am so excited for this year’s World Cup! AAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!

Even though I have complicated feelings about FIFA as an organization, I do love the World Cup. So let’s meet the teams I am going to be watching out for:

United States

I don’t expect the team to go far beyond the group stage, maybe the second round of the knockout rounds. I watched them play a friendly with Germany Saturday and they were ok, losing  2-1.

Norway

The dark horse in the tournament, they were unstoppable in the qualifiers, so I am guessing they will get out of their group and we will see how it goes.

England

They have my heart. I love the country. But unfortunately, they will lose in the quarterfinals even though their team is great like always since the 1966 World Cup. Ahh, English men’s national team, why do you pull your country through this every four years?
